DRUG SCREENING PROCEDURE

DO NOT COMPLETE DRUG SCREEN UNTIL DIRECTED BY HEALTH SCIENCE DEPARTMENT

Instructions for completing Step H. Drug Screening on the  Part 2 - Time-Sensitive Clinical Requirement Checklist 

All students enrolling in the HEOC 130 or 131 Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aide courses must complete a Drug Screen and receive Clinical Clearance prior to the first class day to be eligible to participate in the course.  The student must pay all costs related to drug testing and complete the testing at the program designated lab. The cost is $35.00.

NOTE:  Drug Screening must be completed at one of the designated labs and results must be emailed directly from the lab to the Health Sciences Division office.  Results will not be accepted from any other lab.  Results will not be accepted directly from the student.
