ECE Student Club (ECEN)

Early Childhood Education students can gain leadership skills through participation in our student club, the Early Childhood Educators’ Network (ECEN). Club members participate in professional development activities both on the campus and in the community.

Mission Statement: To promote professional growth in the field of early childhood education, connect with early childhood educators world-wide, develop an effective advocacy for the education of young children, create a network of information and opportunities to enhance child/family/teacher relations.

Our first meeting for ECEN will be after the CAAEYC meeting. The CCAEYC meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 27th from 6-7:30 PM at the Shasta Head Start Administration building at 375 Lake Blvd, Redding.  We look forward to seeing you there!
