 Clinical Requirements Packet

There are two parts to completing the necessary clinical requirements for the NA/HHA program.

 Part 1 - Eligibility for Addition to the Wait List  (click on link for instructions)

Part 1 of the Clinical Requirements must be complete and submitted to the Health Sciences office by the dates listed below to be eligible to be added to the Wait List and considered for the designated class. 

For the Summer 2010 semester - April 1, 2010

For the Fall 2010 semester - May 1, 2010

For the Spring 2011 semester - December 1, 2010

 Part 2 - Time Sensitive Clinical Requirements for Class

As class positions become available (based on the Wait List), students will be offered enrollment and instructed to register.  Once registered for the class, the student must complete the Part 2 - Time Sensitive Clinical Requirements within ONE MONTH of notification to register.
