It’s not too soon to start earning the wellness incentive for 2016.​  For more information, please visit the STSIG 2016 Wellness Incentive page at http://www.stsigjpa.com/html/Wellness_2016.htm.   The deadline for completing the wellness incentive requirements in October 31, 2015.

Open enrollment for health benefits is from October 26th through November 20th.  This will be an ACTIVE enrollment which means all employees will need to elect a new medical plan.

All benefit eligible employees will need to schedule a one on one appointment to meet with a Benefit Counselor by visiting www.myenrollmentschedule.com/shasta or by calling (866) 998-2915.  Benefit counselors will go over your CORE enrollment (medical/dental/vision), your Section 125 pretax medical premiums, your Section 125 Flexible Spending and Dependent Day Care, as well as your Voluntary Benefit options such as life insurance, critical illness insurance, accident and disability insurance.
