The District provides the following options for technical assistance:
Help options for students:
- Students in need of assistance with their SC Online course may call the 24 hour hotline. This number may be found in Canvas by clicking on the “?” icon from within Canvas, or, by clicking on the “Help” link on the login page. Students may also email email@example.com for assistance.
- Students needing other types of student records assistance should contact the Admissions & Records phone bank at (530) 242-7650. This is staffed during the hours the Admissions office is open. Their web page can be reached by clicking here.

Please note for liability reasons, campus technical staff cannot provide assistance with issues pertaining to your personal technical equipment.
