Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee Annual Reports

Section 3.3 of the Measure H Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee Bylaws sets forth the requirement for an annual written report to be presented to the Board of Trustees in public session.  The Annual Report is a summary of the Committee's proceedings and activities for the preceding year, and states whether the District is in compliance with applicable legal requirements.  Following are links to Annual Reports as presented to the Board of Trustees.
