At Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS), our goal is to help increase the enrollment, retention and transfer of students who experience language, social, economic and educational challenges.  We also help facilitate the successful completion of students' goals and objectives while attending Shasta College.  EOPS provides several services, including but not limited to, specialized counseling, book services, transportation assistance, and tutoring.

The CARE Program (Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education) is under the umbrella of EOPS.
