High School Students / Concurrent Enrollment

The form and the registration process for concurrent enrollment is now online!  Go to to access information about concurrent enrollment, access the Concurrent Enrollment Permission Request form, and instructions on how to register online.

What if I already filled out an older concurrent enrollment form and got all my signatures?
Great! View the instructions for the new form and send the one you have (along with any required supporting documents like unofficial high school transcripts or writing sample) to our office at
We will notify you when your request is approved or if we need any additional information.

What if I still need my principal’s signature?
Please go ahead and turn in your form to us even without principal signature.  We will process it and notify you if you are approved to register yourself online. We ask that you obtain your principal’s signature by June 1 (for summer classes) and July 30 (for fall classes)

Lack of access to computer / internet.
Worried about online classes and considering dropping courses?

Don’t drop those classes! We have many resources about how the Canvas online course delivery system works and how to be successful in online classes at More resources (such as accessing free internet in your home!) are available through the Shasta College library website at

Transcript Requests

The situation has slowed down our ability to process transcript requests.  We are working diligently to process what we can while working remotely, but we anticipate delays. As such, we are not offering RUSH services at this time. We encourage you to ask the institution requesting your transcript if an unofficial transcript will be enough for right now; unofficial transcripts are available through MyShasta. For more details about requesting a transcript, please visit our transcripts webpage
