How to Order Transcripts

COVID-19 and Transcript requests

(Updated 4/6/20. This information is subject to change.)

Dear Students,

Please know that we are working diligently to support you during this time. We are committed to support you remotely during the Shelter-In-Place order.

Transcript requests: The situation has slowed down our ability to process transcript requests. We are working diligently to process what we can while working remotely, but we anticipate delays. Specifically, we cannot offer rush processing at this time.  We also encourage you to ask the institution requesting your transcript if an unofficial transcript will be enough for right now; unofficial transcripts are available through
MyShasta.

Currently, there is not an option to pick up an official transcript in person; we can mail you an official copy of your transcript.  Exceptions: some of our older records are still on paper only.  We do not currently have access to our paper records, but this is something we are working on.  If this is the case for you, our staff will let you know.

We apologize for any delays, and are looking for ways to improve our ability to get back up to speed for this
p
rocess. Thank you for your patience.

Unofficial Transcript:

You can print a FREE copy of your unofficial transcript through your My Shasta account following the steps below:

  • Login to your My Shasta account
  • Click on Student Ed Planning;
  • Click on “Unofficial Transcripts” under the "Academics" drop down menu;
  • Click "UG Transcript Grouping Transcript"
  • You can then print a copy of your unofficial transcript.

Attention: Transcripts which contain classes taken prior to Spring 2003 are considered offline records and may not be available through your My Shasta account. We have been working over the past year to digitize our older records, but still have yet to finish that project.
