The Transfer Center, located on the Shasta College main campus in room 126, provides resources and support for students who plan to transfer to a CSU, UC, out-of-state, or private school. Some of the services and resources offered by the Transfer Center include:

Associate Degrees for Priority Admission to select CSU Campuses Instant or On-the-Spot Admissions with CSU campuses

Student Services Leaning Outcomes (SSLO) and Service Area Outcomes (SAO)​​​​​

 As a result of participating in transfer services and activities, students will report an increased awareness of the transfer requirements and processes. (SSLO)

The Transfer Center will increase the number of students pursuing AS-T / AA-T degrees by expanding outreach and promotion of these degrees as they become available. (SAO)

Students utilizing the Transfer Center will report that they were satisfied with the services that they received. (SAO)

The Transfer Center will increase the number of students pursuing University of California (UC) Transfer Admission Guarantees (TAGs) by expanding outreach and promotion of this program. (SAO)

Students utilizing Transfer Center resources will transfer at a higher rate than students not receiving these services. Services include but are not limited to counseling appointments with the Transfer Center coordinator, meeting with the Transfer Center assistant, attending Transfer Center workshops, visiting with university representatives, and participating in college campus visits.
