Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)

The Federal SEOG program is for students who qualify for the maximum Pell Grant. Funding is limited for this grant and awarding is done on a first-come first-served basis.
First-come first-served awarding is based on the date you are processed by our office, not the date you completed the FAFSA application. Complete your file with our office as soon as you receive email notification that our office has received your FAFSA.
The Federal SEOG is $1,200 per academic year and you must be enrolled full-time (12+ units) to receive this grant disbursement. Federal SEOG is released to students after census day each semester. Visit our Disbursement Schedule webpage for more information on approximate disbursement dates.
