Please read the Eligibility Criteria before applying to the CARE Program.

Step 1: Request a current Passport to Services from your CalWORKs Worker

Step 2: Download and complete the CARE application.
|
Step 3: Turn in Passport to Services with CARE application to the EOPS/CARE office.
- Ask to see the CARE Coordinator.
- If the CARE Coordinator is available she will meet with you or set an appointment with you.
- If she is not available, you will be contacted as soon as she is able to. Typically within the week, if during the beginning of the semester, it may take longer.

- You will learn about services available through the CARE program
- You will learn what your responsibilities are as a CARE student
- You will receive:
- Meal Card
- $25.00 supply card to the book store
- Welcome Package which includes:back pack or rolling pack and educational supplies
