A copy of your Passport to Services must be turned in with your application.  You may request this through your CalWorks worker.

CARE Application Steps:

Step 1:

Attend an EOPS New Student Orientation.

Step 2:

Request a current Passport to Services from your CalWORKs Worker.

Step 3:

Complete a CARE application.  You may pick up an application by either calling, stopping by our office or going to our website.  (Your Passport to Services must accompany your application).

Allow 3 weeks for your application to be processed.
