Under general supervision the utility person washes and details employee cars, and performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled work on an as needed basis.

Essential Job Functions
• Auto detailing of employee vehicles.

Other duties to be performed on an as needed basis:
• Miscellaneous cleaning such as behind computers, high areas, refrigerators, entry ways, and other areas not maintained by janitorial service.
• Touch-up painting in halls and work areas.
• Minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment or fixtures in assigned areas.
• Relocate work stations (desks, computer monitors, phones, etc.) as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Other Skills/Abilities
• Demonstrates courtesy, professionalism and good judgment.
• Demonstrates confidentiality regarding all company material.
• Understands and follows verbal and written directions consistently.

Requirements: 
• Any combination of training and related experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying; typical education would include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift/carry 35 lbs.
