Description:
Responsible for selling and serving customers. Must be willing and able to handle customer issues that may arise on the sales floor. The associate will spend all of their time on the sales within one or more departments. The individual will maintain knowledge of Sears Products and use this knowledge to assist customers. Commission earnings available.

Required

Excellent communication skills.

Must be able to pass background test and drug screening prior to imployment.
