Parking regulations for these areas are in effect 24 hours, 7 days a week. Parking in designated handicapped parking spaces marked in blue and by signage, is for the exclusive use of drivers who display appropriate license plates or placards issued solely  by the Department of Motor Vehicles.  A parking fine in Handicapped areas is $275.00. A parking fine for Red Zones and Unauthorized areas is $20.00.  Parking regulations are given to each student at registration. If you wish to appeal a parking violation, print and fill out an "Initial Administrative Review" form from the Information desk in the 100 Building or from the Safety website link "parking citation information."  Return forms to the Information desk in the 100 building or to Safety/Parking located in Room 5015 on Main Campus.
