The Shasta College Community Band announces their next performance will be on Friday and Saturday, November 20 and 21, at 7:30 p.m., in the Shasta College Theatre.  The Community Band is a large symphonic band consisting of approximately 110 members.  This is a true community band representing the tri-county area of Shasta College, a variety of occupations, and a wide range of ages.  The concerts are created for the entire family and all ages to enjoy.  These performances mark the 31st anniversary of the band. These two evenings of back-to-back concerts will include movie soundtracks, Broadway musicals, marches, musical surprises, and a wide variety of music.  A light effervescent and exciting musical atmosphere permeates this ensemble’s concerts.
