Central Valley High School, 4055 La Mesa Avenue, Shasta Lake
11:00 am to 12:45 pm - International food, cultural and community booths
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm - Cultural Presentations
This event is one of your required ACDC (American Culture, Democracy, and Civic Responsibility) events under the Egypt Initiative program.
Israel Film - The Band's Visit
Leo Fong, Shasta College English Faculty, would like to extend an invitation to the Shasta College Egyptian Initiative students to an Israeli film called The Band's Visit about a group of Egyptian orchestra musicians lost and stranded in a remote Israeli town. The film will be presented next Friday, February 5 at 7:00 pm in Room 802. Please attend this event and participate in the great discussion that will follow the film.
