HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

FOR VEHICLES AND OTHER LARGE EQUIPMENT

The undersigned shall, at all times, defend, indemnify, hold harmless and provide all legal defense and related services to the Shasta-Tehama-Trinity Joint Community College District, its officers, agents, and/or employees from any and all claims, expenses, demands, damages, judgments, causes of action, liability, loss or injury regardless of their nature or character in any manner whatsoever arising out of the purchase, sales, use, misuse, resale, alteration or possession of vehicles or other large equipment.
