Are you stressed?  Do you feel overwhelmed?  Do you have anxiety?  Stress and feeling overwhelmed seems to be prevalent in today's world!   This workshop is created for students who are suffering from anxiety, stress, and traumas.  I provide you with various coping techniques and skills based on working as a therapist in the community.  This workshop will provide students with basic skills on how to recognize and ameliorate anxiety and stress.
