Job Description
Northern Summit Academy-Shasta (NSA) is looking for a person to provide Information Technology instruction to students. Specifically, we are needing a teacher for our High School, 2-year, Information Technology Pathway program. The appropriate candidate will teach proper use of computer hardware, software, and the internet. Students will receive instruction in the Microsoft Suite. The school provides the online curriculum.
Applicants should be Microsoft Certified or able to become Microsoft Certified, willing to provide creative application projects, and work with other staff and families to support student learning. This is a position that has potential for growth in the K-8 grades. Applicant must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and a team player.

Requirements
- Pass DOJ Clearance (paid for by NSA)
- A valid negative TB test or a completed Adult TB Risk Assessment Certificate of Completion
- Child Abuse Reporter Training (provided by NSA)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by NSA)
- Completion of Sexual Harassment Training (provided by NSA)
