A proud Shasta College alumnus and lifelong Redding resident, Beau is passionate about serving the community that shaped his own educational journey. Over the past five years at Shasta College, Beau has supported students through a variety of roles, including TRIO, The Hub (now Basic Needs), Counseling, and now Career Services. These experiences have provided him with a broad perspective on student support, and a deeper understanding of the challenges students navigate while pursuing their education. They have also strengthened his commitment to building systems and services that are more accessible, efficient, and student-centered.
A connector at heart, Beau is known for building meaningful relationships across campus and bringing an approachable, positive energy to his work. He believes student success is built through collaboration, community, and a shared commitment to equity. Beyond supporting students directly, Beau has developed a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, leading efforts to enhance processes, leverage emerging technologies, and create more effective ways to serve students and support colleagues.
With a background that combines Natural Science and Communications, Beau brings both analytical thinking and a people-centered approach to leadership. He is committed to growing as an emerging leader in higher education by championing innovation, strengthening collaboration, and creating lasting impact for the Shasta College community.
