Haley Gomez

Haley is a Northern California native from Burney, California, and a proud Shasta College alumna. With more than a decade of administrative experience, she has served in a variety of leadership roles, building a career centered on collaboration, service, and organizational excellence. Her background includes team leadership, project coordination, event planning, and administrative operations, with a focus on creating efficient processes while fostering positive, supportive workplace cultures.

Known for her collaborative and people-centered leadership style, Haley believes the best outcomes come from building strong relationships, encouraging open communication, and creating environments where everyone feels heard, valued, and empowered. She is passionate about cultivating inclusive spaces that celebrate diverse perspectives and support both personal and professional growth. 

As a first-generation college student, Haley understands that every educational journey is unique. Her own experiences have inspired a deep commitment to helping others overcome barriers, discover opportunities, and achieve their goals. She believes education has the power to transform lives and is proud to support programs that expand access to education, strengthen workforce development, and empower students to reach their full potential.

Currently pursuing her bachelor's degree, Haley remains committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional growth. She is honored to serve the Shasta College community and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact through service, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
