There has been a report of bad actors trying to take over student accounts. Shasta College recently enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on student accounts to help combat this. If you receive a phone call or txt by someone requesting your Shasta College account information, do not respond and report it. Never provide your login information to anyone.
