Tiffany Blasingame

Tiffany Blasingame is a biotech entrepreneur, educator and COO for Team Perio Management. She holds a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. She has worked as adjunct faculty in the Biology Department at Shasta College. She is passionate about research and innovation in the sciences and is currently in the start-up phase of a biotech company conducting R&D involving the molecular constituents of human saliva. As COO she plays an important leadership role in development of the business mission statement and core values, branding, investments, finances, and key human resource decisions. Notably, she is great at improving systems that optimize tracking and accountability and improving the overall culture and morale of teams and operations.
