Salary Reduction Agreement

Please note that SRA forms must be processed online at least two business days before the​ last working day of the month to be in effect for the end of the following month’s payroll. For example, they must be received by October 28th to come out on November’s 30th paycheck.  Please be sure submit a paper copy of your online request to payroll upon completion.

403(b) and 457(b)’s plans are especially great voluntary benefits for employees because they are the only voluntary benefits that employees can sign up for throughout the year and outside of open enrollment.

Permanent Shasta College employees are eligible to participate in voluntary, employee-paid 403(b) and/or 457(b) retirement plans.  Please note part-time permanent employees and faculty who may not be covered under PERS or STRS may also participate in 403(b) plans.
