Reminder: Beginning Friday evening, May 23, immediately following the commencement ceremonies, Information Services and Technology will begin the scheduled UPS infrastructure upgrade in the 700 Building data center. During this maintenance window, most on-campus technology systems, including Colleague, MyShasta, campus network services, Wi-Fi, phones, and Power BI, will be unavailable through Monday, depending on final installation and testing timelines. Cloud-based services such as Canvas, Microsoft 365, Outlook email, and Teams are expected to remain available from off-campus internet connections. Faculty and staff should plan accordingly, as access to Colleague and MyShasta and other related processes will not be available during the outage. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
