Welding Facility and Equipment
The Welding Technology program is housed in a 20,000 sq ft facility within the Industrial Technology complex at Shasta College. The facility contains the following equipment:
- 16 oxygen/acetylene stations
- 18 Arc/TIG stations
- 12 MIG stations
- 90 Ton Piranha Ironworker
- cold saw
- horizontal band saw
- metal forming breaks and shears
- plasma cutter
- air carbon arc
- pipe welding / cutting
