SOCIAL & DIVERSITY AWARENESS: Obtain a greater awareness of how diversity impacts the work environment

- Learn to demonstrate sensitivity and respect towards others with diverse backgrounds and cultures both locally and globally. Leverage social and cultural differences to redefine social norms and generate new ideas. Use professionalism and interpersonal skills to establish rewarding relationships with diverse individuals and groups
ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET: Achieve an understanding of the entrepreneurial nature of the modern workforce and the means of work attainment (This workshop is co-hosted by the Shasta College STEP UP Program).
