TRIO

Welcome to the Shasta College TRIO Programs!

I am profoundly happy that you are a part of our TRIO family. And if you are considering joining us - please do! Here at Shasta College we have three programs:

• Educational Talent Search - serving 6th -12th grade students at 4 high schools and 4 middle schools in Shasta County.
• Upward Bound - serving 9th – 12th grade students at Enterprise, Central Valley, and Corning High Schools.
• Student Support Services - serving 180 students attending Shasta College who are planning to transfer to a four year institution.

The staff who work in these programs are experts in their areas and have a wealth of information to share with you. Please check in with them regularly.

The TRIO Programs across the country are recognized as exemplary college access programs. Being a part of TRIO means that you have joined a legacy that is over 50 years old!
