Need assistance in entering a repayment plan and not sure where to start? Shasta College has partnered with ECMC to provide students hands on assistance in helping manage their Federal Direct Loans.

Student Loan Empowerment Network offers a new self-help video series for student borrowers. Borrowers can learn basic tips for understanding their loans and available options. For those who need further help, free one-to-one counseling is available for California residents through community-based nonprofits and legal aid organizations.
