Southern Oregon University (SOU) Reciprocity

Qualifying California residents may receive Oregon resident tuition at SOU through the tuition reciprocity exchange agreement, also known as the California to Oregon Exchange program.  
 
If you are approved for the California exchange program, you will be eligible to pay Oregon resident rates for the remainder of your bachelor’s degree, minus all transfer credits. To learn more about the SOU transfer admissions standards and the reciprocity agreement, visit the following websites:
