Nursing (AS)

Established in 1965, this is a 2-year Associate in Science degree program preparing graduates to take the NCLEX-RN exam for California state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Allied Health (AA)

The emphasis in Allied Health is designed to provide the lower division major courses to transfer to a university and earn a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or in other allied health fields.

Nursing – Vocational Nursing (C)

Established in 1953, the VN program is a three-semester certificate program preparing graduates to take the NCLEX-PN exam for California state licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Nurse Aide/Home Health Aide (C)

Established in 1964 is a one-semester course that prepares the student to be certified by the State of California as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) upon successful completion of the NNAAP exam.
