- Follow this guide to check your Spam folder if you aren't receiving communications from Shasta College.
Log into the Shasta Portal and locate the tile labeled "Office 365". Click on the tile to access all of the free Microsoft applications you have access to being a Shasta College student.
- Username: Your username is your ShastaPortalUsername@students.shastacollege.edu.
- For instance, if your Shasta Portal username is j.smith15 then your Office 365 username is email@example.com.
- Password: Enter the same password you use to log into the Shasta Portal.
*Please Note: Your Shasta College Office 365 username is a Microsoft account login only. Shasta College does not offer student emails at this time.

Go to the Zoom website and click on "Download client for meetings". Follow the onscreen prompts to install Zoom on your desktop.
Go to the appropriate App store on your phone (Google Play store for Android, Apple Store for iPhone) and search for Zoom Cloud Meetings. Click on install, once it has finished downloading and installing, click sign in and use your account credentials to log in.
To share a file from OneDrive, go to the Shasta Portal and open your Office 365 apps to access OneDrive. Locate the file you would like to share, right-click the file and select "Share". You can then send a link to the shared file to either a specific person, multiple people, or copy the link to include in a separate email or other post.
