Sign in to the Shasta Portal and locate "Microsoft 365" within the "My Apps" dashboard card. Click on the "Microsoft 365" to access all of the free Microsoft applications you have as a Shasta College student.
Students at Shasta College are provided with a student email. You will enter this email address and your Shasta Portal password when prompted by Microsoft 365.
- Email: Your email is your Shasta Portal username and @students.shastacollege.edu.
- For example: If your Shasta Portal username is s.knights50, then your Microsoft 365 email is email@example.com
- Password: Enter the same password you use to sign in to Shasta Portal

Go to the Zoom website and click on "Download client for meetings". Follow the onscreen prompts to install Zoom on your desktop.
Go to the appropriate App store on your phone (Google Play store for Android, Apple Store for iPhone) and search for Zoom Cloud Meetings. Click on install, once it has finished downloading and installing, click sign in and use your account credentials to log in.
To share a file from OneDrive, go to the Shasta Portal and open your Office 365 apps to access OneDrive. Locate the file you would like to share, right-click the file and select "Share". You can then send a link to the shared file to either a specific person, multiple people, or copy the link to include in a separate email or other post.
