How to prepare for your appointment

Please follow the link below to book an appointment with one of your Student Success Facilitators if the help you need fits into the following items:

Please also have your 2018 Form 1040/Tax Return, if you are under the age of 24 you will also need your parents copy. If you were not required to file taxes in 2018 this is not necessary.

If you are under the age of 24, you will also need to have your parent create an account so they can e-sign your FAFSA. You will need to know the password and username for this account to complete the application, if your parent is not with you.

Before your appointment please make you are able to log into your Shasta Portal and MyShasta account.

Please make sure you have already completed the steps required to request a loan.

If you were unable to compete the Master Promissory Note, we can assist you during the appointment. However, everything else should be completed beforehand.
