Job Posting Opportunities for Employers

The Career Cafe is a great resource for the recruitment of Shasta College students and graduates as potential employees or interns!

Here in the Career Café, we take pride in partnering with local organizations, employers and community members in order to facilitate connections between our students who are looking for real life work experience, and those of you in need of employees or interns!

When we receive a job order from an employer, we post the opening on our online job board, contact individual students who may be interested, as well as faculty from related departments who will share the information with students in their classes.

How to Post a Job Opening

Organizations may post current job or internship opportunities by creating a JobSpeaker account and posting directly to the job board. For help creating an account and posting jobs, pleaser refer to the detailed instructions in our Employer Guide (PDF).

Job openings placed on the website may be accessed by individuals other than Shasta College students and graduates. Employers wanting verification of student status may ask candidates to provide copies of their transcripts and/or current class enrollment verification from the Shasta College Admissions and Records Department. The Career Cafe is a referral service only and Shasta College is not responsible for the conduct of individuals who respond to job opportunities listed through this office.
