After five years in men’s fashion consultation, Isabella began her career at Shasta College in 2018 as a student success facilitator for the Fire Technology Program before shifting to support of the Economic and Workforce Development Division. Isabella then served as the first and sole administrative secretary for the Bond Program, where she established procedures to efficiently support the oversight and management of the $139 million Measure H Bond, passed by voters in 2016, and the numerous concurrent construction projects it has made possible. Isabella joined the Foundation and Superintendent/President's Office Team in 2019.

Isabella graduated summa cum laude from Chico State University in 2016 with a B.A. in English Studies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and trying to keep houseplants alive.​
